1. Scope for Bulk Orders
At Primelenin, we specialize in bulk textile manufacturing and supply. Due to the high-volume and custom-engineered nature of our products (Healthcare and Hospitality linens), our refund policy is designed to address issues related to manufacturing defects and shipping discrepancies.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Refunds or replacements are generally only issued in the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing Defects: Significant flaws in weaving, dyeing, or dimensions that exceed tolerance levels.
- Incorrect Items: Receiving products that do not match the approved samples or specifications.
- Quantity Errors: Shortages in the delivered quantity vs. the invoiced amount.
3. Claim Process
To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:
- Inspect all goods within 7 business days of delivery.
- Contact our Quality Assurance team at quality@primelenin.com with photos and descriptions of the issue.
- Provide the original purchase order (PO) and invoice number.
4. Shipping & Logistics
If a return is authorized due to our error, Primelenin will cover all return shipping costs. However, returns for change of mind or incorrectly ordered specifications by the client are generally not accepted for bulk orders.
5. Timelines
Once a claim is verified, we will process your replacement order within 10-15 business days (depending on current production capacity) or issue a credit note for the defective quantity.
